Bio
Susanna came to CrossFit the long way round. She grew up as a runner, beginning on the track and moving to distance running - she's run several major marathons and spent a lot of time on the trails.
Alongside her tech career, she spent years in personal training, nutrition, and figuring out what makes habits stick. Then, in her 40s, while living in Colombia, she tried CrossFit for fun - and was drawn to its variety, blend of strength and endurance, and sense of community.
An achilles injury in 2021 shifted her perspective on training: less about chasing performance and more about moving well, staying consistent, and building fitness that supports life outside the gym.
As a coach, Susanna loves the unglamorous stuff: getting the basics right, breaking down complex movements, and helping people take one clear next step.
