Show up 10-15 minutes before class to meet the coach and get oriented.

Results take time, but if you're consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Absolutely! Our coaches will take the time to understand your situation and help modify movements, adjust workouts, and create a plan that allows you to train safely while respecting your body's needs. CrossFit is scalable, meaning we can tailor workouts to work around injuries while still helping you build strength, mobility, and overall fitness.
We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. We are here to build each other up - if you win, we all win.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 3 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 4 to 5 classes a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.

Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
We love variety, so no two workouts are exactly the same! However, each class follows a coach-led warm-up, instruction of movement, guidance during workout and accessory work and/or stretching to cool down. Throughout the week, you'll experience a mix of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and traditional conditioning movements to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
For your first class at CrossFit Revelstoke, you don't need much-just come ready to move and have fun! We recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We'll provide all the equipment and coaching you need.
