Basecamp
Start strong. Build confidence. Thrive in class.
Two one-on-one 90-minute sessions that teach CrossFit basics, foundational movements, and proper technique - perfect for newcomers ready to take the first step.


CrossFit Group Classes
Challenge yourself. Grow stronger. Join the community.
Scalable group classes with constantly varied functional movements. Build overall fitness, strength, and endurance while training in a supportive environment.
Skill Focused Classes
Focus. Improve. Excel.
Classes designed to target specific aspects of fitness:
- Barbell: Master the fundamentals of Olympic lifting by focusing on technique, form, and strength development.
- Partner: Team-based workouts that build motivation, accountability, and camaraderie.
- Engine: Endurance-style workouts to improve stamina, conditioning, and work capacity.
- Mobility: Improve flexibility, movement quality, and recovery.


Open Gym
Your time. Your goals. Your pace.
Unlimited members can use 90-minute sessions for skill practice, accessory work, or personal goals - with coaches available for guidance.
Specialty Programs
Refine skills. Target goals. Take it to the next level.
Small-group, multi-week programs focused on Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, endurance, and more. Members get early access, with remaining spots announced via mailing list and social media.
