How do I sign up for a free class?
Schedule your free class with us by clicking the “Free Trial” button and filling out the required information. You’ll be prompted with easy instructions!
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Can I still do CrossFit if I'm dealing with an injury?
Absolutely! Our coaches will take the time to understand your situation and help modify movements, adjust workouts, and create a plan that allows you to train safely while respecting your body’s needs. CrossFit is scalable, meaning we can tailor workouts to work around injuries while still helping you build strength, mobility, and overall fitness.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. We are here to build each other up - if you win, we all win.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.

Do I have to be fit to join?
Nope! No matter your fitness level, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you progress safely and confidently. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
We love variety, so no two workouts are exactly the same! However, each class follows a coach-led warm-up, instruction of movement, guidance during workout and accessory work and/or stretching to cool down. Throughout the week, you’ll experience a mix of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and traditional conditioning movements to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
What should I bring to my first class?
For your first class at CrossFit Revelstoke, you don’t need much–just come ready to move and have fun! We recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We’ll provide all the equipment and coaching you need.
