What’s the difference between CrossFit and regular gym workouts?

Here’s what sets CrossFit apart – Every workout is guided by a certified coach who provides instruction, modifications, and encouragement. No more guessing what to     do! CrossFit workouts combine strength, conditioning, and mobility using     functional movements that improve real-life fitness. No boring routines! Unlike big-box gyms where you might train alone, CrossFit thrives on a strong, encouraging community that pushes each other to improve. If you’re looking for accountability, results, and a fun atmosphere, CrossFit is a game-changer compared to traditional gym routines!

Do I have to be fit to join?

Nope! No matter your fitness level, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you progress safely and confidently. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?

We love variety, so no two workouts are exactly the same! However, each class follows a coach-led warm-up, instruction of movement, guidance during workout and accessory work and/or stretching to cool down. Throughout the week, you’ll experience a mix of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and traditional conditioning movements to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

What should I bring to my first class?

For your first class at CrossFit Revelstoke, you don’t need much–just come ready to move and have fun! We recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We’ll provide all the equipment and coaching you need.
