Being based in Revelstoke we are very fortunate to have many different Athletes flowing through our doors. This gives us a unique opportunity and insight to see first hand what universally is known to help all athletes.

Whether you are and Endurance runner or a Hockey player you will benefit from added strength. The longer you maintain strength, the longer you will keep sound movement mechanics before fatigue starts to effect your movement patterns.

We are a Strength and conditioning facility so we’ll deal with the Strength and we’ll let the specific Sports Coaches deal with there sports. Our Strength and Conditioning programs have no bells or whistles to make athletes and coaches feel that they are working hard, instead we will deliver results.

Hard work at CrossFit Revelstoke will translate to results on the field/hill/ while limiting common sports injuries.

Olympic lifting

This is a fun program focused on improving your technique and execution of the Olympic Lifts; the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. These lifts bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance integral to CrossFit. This program is intended to supplement your regular training and help improve your overall performance.

Sessions include drills that are geared towards building strength and power. Each session will address the needs and ability levels of each athlete to ensure proper progressions and safety.
