CROSSFIT LITE .
There are two types of CrossFit Lite pass.
The 8 classes per month (Twice per week)
The 12 sessions per month (Three times per week)
The focus is on building strength and endurance.
If you feel hesitant about starting CrossFit this is a great introduction and starting point.
Based around all of the principles of CrossFit this class delivers the same teaching without the focus on complex barbell and gymnastics movements.
You do not need to complete our Foundations course to be able to join BOOT CAMP.
