I joined crossfit to improve my overall strength and fitness. I have always tried to do strength programs on my own but they have never stuck. Joining crossfit has exceeded by expectations. The variety in skills and workouts always keep it’s interesting and exciting. The coaches are always very positive and motivating. The athletes make the workouts easier to suffer through. After 2 month of consistent crossfit i’ve certainly noticed improvements in my ski, cycling, and swimming fitness. I’d highly recommend Crossfit Revelstoke to anyone.
